My last post i use suction valve test project today i use suction valve and two conveyor belt for travel items on the conveyor belt

we use

• PLC 300 machine 
• two conveyor belt 
• four fiber optical detecting sensor (beam sensor)
• valve terminals
• suction valve sensor

HOW IT IS WORK

when we put the thing in the corner side of the conveyor belt the first sensor is active .after it active
the conveyor run forward and still sensor is activate .when second sensor is activate the suction module came down and suck the item and move up and wait for third beam sensor activate when 3 sensor activate the the item put other side conveyor belt. and move forward 2 conveyor belt .

  In this project we use conveyor belt , plc machine and  pneumatic Suction generator

 HOW IT IS WORK

in this project we use two sensors for indicate things in the convey belt .when we put some thing on the the convey belt the plc machine run the belt forward and when the items near to the target point
the suction valve came down and suck the item . after the item move forward and put in it to the other side

• 1 pneumatic Suction generator
• plc machine
• pneumatic compressor 
• one proximity sensor 
• terminal valve 
• Fiber optic sensor

Controlling Pneumatic system with plc

                             PLC COUNTER CONTROLLING SYSTEM 

In this system we  use pneumatic two cylinder and plc . PLC is use to control the two
2 solenoid valve and get data from the 3 proximity sensor

HOW IT IS WORKING ;
   In this system we use 3 proximity sensor , when we press the push button the cylinder is advancing
when it is advancing the sensor is indicate after indicating sensor other cylinder is start to working
when second cylinder advancing and retract ten time  the plc all ways counting the advancing and retract action. when plc 10 time counting its stop the pneumatic system

In this practical we use

1. Double acting cylinder
2. 5/2-way solenoid valves
3. 3 inductive proximity sensor 
4. relay counter 

in this practical we start the  cylinder with electrical push button . then the cylinder start the working

as result of this cylinder action the sensor sens and then start the other cylinder working after counting 5 stroke the two cylinder stop their action
