first you must upload the arduino isp programme in to the arduino uno board like this
after uploading you must remove the power to arduino board and connect the wire like this
to board
after connect the atmega328p ic like this and
you must connect the usb to your computer and open arduino software and go tool and
click burn bootloader button
after doing this you can use the the ic to programmable level
atmega328p ic power circuit
