The circuit diagram follow 

in this project we use the 

• arduino boad
• ultrasonic sensor 
• servo motor 

in this project  

if some one came to the commode the ultrasonic sensor read and wait for 5s and after again scan the person who in the commode 

and after the arduino wait for flush the commode when the person leaving the commode
